Refund Policy

We want every customer to feel the report was worth what they paid. If it wasn't, we'll refund you. This policy explains how.
1. Tier 2 — Detailed Report
30-day refund, no questions asked. If the Detailed Report doesn't help your application or you simply weren't satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we'll process it back to the original payment method.
To request: email info@metropolvisa.com with your order number (in your Stripe receipt) and a one-line reason. We typically refund within 3 business days; bank settlement can take an additional 5–10 days depending on your card issuer.
2. Tier 3 — Document Cross-Check
Full refund available up until the moment our team begins your manual review (typically 3–5 business days after purchase). Once review starts, the report is non-refundable because the work has been performed.
If you're unsure whether review has started, email us first and we'll confirm.
3. Tier 4 — Full Application Support
Refunds for Tier 4 are governed by the engagement letter you'll sign with MetropolVisa before work begins. Typical terms: full refund before any work commences, pro-rata refund based on work completed if cancelled mid-engagement.
4. Free Score
The Free Score is free — there's nothing to refund.
5. How we process refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe. We don't issue cash, vouchers, or credit-note alternatives.
If Stripe declines the refund (e.g. expired card), we'll contact you to arrange an alternative — typically a bank transfer.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have any concern, please email info@metropolvisa.com first — we'll almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us may delay your refund and incur a Stripe dispute fee.
